The provision of medical services for a fee is governed by an agreement that contains the information about the contractor, the consumer, the cost, and the list of services provided.
Payment for medical services under the Agreement is made by the Patient:
- As a full prepayment on the day the services are provided, by depositing funds to the cashier or to the Contractor's settlement account.
- When the Patient is admitted to hospital, payment for medical services is made by the Patient within 3 (three) working days from the date of signing of this Agreement, but no later than the day of hospitalisation on the basis of a preliminary diagnostic/treatment plan.
- At the time of the Patient's discharge, the final settlement and payment in full are carried out according to the register of services actually rendered, materials and medicines used, taking into account the amount of prepayment, by depositing funds to the cashier or to the Contractor's settlement account.
The invoice is made up of services supplied according to the Price List for all Clinic Patients receiving paid services, including citizens of other countries.
After the payment, the Patient receives a cash receipt, an invoice, or any other kind of official reporting form confirming that the payment was made for the medical or other services rendered to them.
Financial calculations are carried out in Russian roubles.
